What We Do

ColdRush is the Washington DC area’s premiere ice hockey instruction training company.
Our students are hockey players.
We teach mini-mites, youth travel players, adult leaguers, NHL veterans, and every level of player in between.
We do not offer beginning skating lessons. We recommend that new skaters get started in group lesson programs, which are offered at every rink, every where.  Once a skater is on a hockey team and ready for the next level, our only additional requirement is that they be self-motivated.

We offer weekly semi-private and private lessons from September through June and our signature summer program during the summer months.  We also run summer camps, clinics, a spring training program for travel players, and special events.

Can’t get to us?… We sell our hockey specific training equipment and instructional DVD online so you can bring the ColdRush experience to your ice!
