Classes held on Wednesdays, 9:30-10:45am
At the studio in the Ashburn Ice House

ColdRush YOGA:
Uniquely customized to Wendy Marco’s specifications to target exactly what elite hockey players need to improve performance; range of motion, injury prevention, flexibility of muscles and joints that hockey players tend to over use.

Deep flexibility of hips, ankles, shoulders, and hamstrings
Advanced balance
Core rotation

Our students get all of this in a class which is conveniently taught in the studio at the Ashburn Ice House, right after our morning skating sessions, at a price based on local yoga studio rates!


All participants must be dedicated competitive hockey players, playing midget travel or higher.
